Auspitz’s Sign in Psoriasis

Auspitz’s sign is the sign seen in lesions of psoriasis, here you need a glass slide, with slide scrub the lesion, first silvery white micaceous scales are released, when scraping is continued, a membranous structure is seen , if we continue scraping pin point bleeding is seen all of the three things when present indicates Auspitz’s sign is positive. Auspitz’s sign is named after Henrich Auspitz.
