Botulinum toxin which is available in the market with trade name BOTOX, has been proved to be very helpful for treating urinary incontinence for atleast 1 year, botulinum prevents the forceful bladder spasm because it blocks those chemicals causing spasms, below you can see a case which was tried to be treated with so many ways finally getting good relieve from botox, botox is given with the help of cystoscope , a very fine needle is inserted into the bladder through a cystoscope (small telescope), and the diluted botulinum toxin is injected into 15-20 sites in the bladder wall.
