Few days back we happened to see a rare case of congenital deformity of foot where great toe and index toe were very big while rest of 3 toes were normal in size, we advised her x-ray of foot and found that her all of the phalanges and meta tarsal bone of first two toes were enlarged and subs tending an angle. This patient was advised for plastic surgery later on. See the photographs of her foot from different views and see the x- ray findings.
