eye discharge causes to glue the eyelashes, fall of eyelashes – cause leprosy or seborrhic blepharitis, in night you can use moxifloxacin antibiotic comes with trade name QSAP ointment, chlorocol- d, chloramphenical + dexamethasone ointment. wash during 2 times. It would be better if you can send me photograph of your eyes. If daily your eyelashes are getting shed off that means all of your eyelashes must have been shed off, but you have your eyelashes. This answer has been replied after consulting a senior resident of Ophthalmology.
