i had a acid burn 3 years back so i just closed my mouth because of severe pain and lost my consciousness.afterwards my friends took me in hospital.when i came in conscious state i noticed that i cant even open my mouth.then by therapy and some linguistic exercises i started to speak gradually.i again started to speak but my pronunciation is not very clear.but it is sufficient to communicate.so i did not mind too much.but my back part of tongue is tie with floor of oral cavity.i cant pull out my tongue like others.i asked doctor at that time.he told that only surgery is the treatment.now i am worry about this.please tell me is there any exercise for tongue to tie off..if i start to pull out my tongue continuously than it can be better or not?i am thinking that its a muscular tissue so it can extend……please tell me that what should i do?

admin June 14, 2011 at 2:04 pm: what is your age?, if you suspect cancer you can go for PAP smear, but I think there is no need to worry, yellowing discharge is also seen in trichomonas infection or in bacterial vaginitis.

last yr i was diagnosed with fatty liver enlargement with increse bilirubin, AST,ALT etc.. I was a habitual drinker before and used to take lots of Meat products like beef n pork. My doc put me in a tablet which i forgot(name), and asked me to control my diet avoid oily n fatty food, i have stopped taking drinks for last two yrs, sir i like to know the prognosis, should i turn into veg completely n doing excercise but not regularly but occasionaly i take chicken not beef n pork.

sir i have knee joint stiffness specially after sitting in toilet.it is very difficult for me to stand up from toilet and i feel almost no sensation below knee but when i stand up and come in motion it becomes absolutely fine in 2 minutes.and many times severe pain during abduction of hipjoint specially during sitting on bike.i visited orthopedic doctor.he suggested me to have test of CBC,random sugar,C reactive protein,rheumatoid factor,malaria parasites,uric acid.results were in normal range.i went again to that doctor and he told me that i am absolutely fine.he told me that i need just physical labour like exercise.yoga etc.he did not prescribe me anything.please tell me that whats wrong with me?is there any relation of this from pes planus?thank you for your time.

there is plenty of place and this problem persist in both type of toilets.and this problem occurs not only during toilet as i wrote in last question.it occurs also during sitting on a bike and other processes those require abduction of hip joint.and one more thing that i never have any issue with upper extremities but very few times i suffer with back pain.please help me sir….

I have a problem with Urine Pressure. I can not tolerate the urine pressure even for five to ten minutes. The amount of Urine discharge is also small(50 to 100 ML). It happens frequently in winter or when I drink a lot of water in morning, say two to three glass of water, not at a stretch but taking interval. Symptoms appears from last 5 years. I had visit a doctor, he tested Blood Sugar, Stones etc but every thing was normal. He provide some medicines but no any changes. Plz advise what may be the reason. I have no any Mental pressure(of job/liabilities) or any other problems.

Enlarged (HUGE) testicle.
It has been diagnosed as fluid (water) but I don’t think it’s correct in my case, recently as many as 3 – 5 times when ejaculation took place it felt as if sperm was squirting, running, or leaking into the scrotum. The doctor listened to my complaint of discomfort and pain ‘a total of 45 second’ prior to and after his diagnosis.

admin December 4, 2011 at 10:24 pm: Ok Friend, You are most probably suffering from GERD (gastro eosophageal reflux disease), so you can take any antacids like digene, along with PPI like omeprazole, rabiprazole etc, avoid taking tea, take proper diet, avoid fatty diet, and raise head end of your bed. Better you get your examination done with ENT doctor, that will confirm your diagnosis, because I can not see you from here. All the best.

I sometimes feel like there is something in my eye, then after awhile I get frustrated that I can’t get it out, so I go to a bathroom mirror and see a tiny white dot on the lining of my eyelid. Then it’s just a matter of lightly scratching it and it goes away. It’s not at all painful, just kind of annoying when it happens. Any idea what could be causing this? Sir, i m getting tonsils for every 2 3 days of gap and i have sinus also by this problem i am getting very bad headache also i consult to doctor he told me that is migrain pain. for this migrain pain i am taking NISE tablet for relief.
Sir Pls. suggest me what i have to do for this problems. I fed up with this and informed you that i have calculus stone also in my left kidney which is very paining.

Athletes have their knees drained to avoid such radical surgeries; why isn’t the ‘water on the knee’ method used to treat Hydrocele, and can it be done?
