Fixed Drug Reaction

Fixed Drug Reaction as the name suggests is the reaction caused by drugs at a fixed point on the body that means at the fixed site, usually by same drugs over a time, the drugs which are responsible for fixed drug reaction are Doxycycline, cyprofloxacine, fluconazole and clarithomycin. Some people may found it to be confusing with acanthosis nigrican due to insulin insensitivity, but the point is that acanthosis nigricans occurs at the flexors means body folds.  See the video of lesion of fixed drug reaction below on youtube
