Psoas Abscess Drainage

As the name suggests it is an abscess in psoas muscle, it is usually seen in lumbar spine tuberculosis in India, when there is no paiin or clinical features, a cold abscess may be there, it may be present as painful swelling, sometimes draining itself to the mid thigh. Its mortality is 100 percent if not treated, if drained  and antibiotics are prescribed, you get very good results, so watch out a case of psoas muscle abscess drained at BMC hospital by Dr Zahid, Dr Asad and Dr Zaka
