Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule

You know immunization schedule given to child, but do you know that America college of physicians, Advisory committee on immunization practices, American academy of family physicians have approved adult immunization schedule which is for the age group of 19 years to >65 years of age. Vaccination is for hepatitis A, B, meningococal, MMR, Human papilloma virus, varicella, tetanus, diptheria etc. If patient is having some kind of disease then he need to follow the 2nd chart. yesterday i went in my city hospital and when i asked there about adult immunization program they all started to laugh and said this is india and here nothing is available and tried to convince me that i dont need any vaccines and these programs are just for time pass .they told me that if i really want to take all those vaccines then i can get them only on my cost by discussing any physician.when i went to physician then he told me that he cant write those vaccines and told me to visit physician in big cities.i live in district place (shivpuri) of madhya pradesh please help me out sir…..

Yes in India people are not serious that much, you can get them done at your own cost.
