Swan Neck Deformity

Swan neck deformity is the condition mostly found in rheumatoid arthiritis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. In this condition in which distal interphalangeal joint shows hyperflexion and proximal interphalangeal joint shows hyperextension.

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is also known as Cutis hyperelastica where all joints are hyper mobile as you can see in the video below at youtube.
